What this means

  • This is the clearest sign yet that GTA 6's in-universe brands are crossing into the real world — filed by a real, operating brewery, not a one-off prop.
  • The approval dates (Sep 29 – Oct 15) line up with Rockstar's Miami marketing blitz — this is launch-campaign merch, not a coincidence.
  • Don't expect supermarket shelves yet: no confirmation, no distribution plan — Miami-area bar exclusives around launch are the most likely first step.

Key facts

  • Discovered by: iGrandTheftAuto in the TTB public database; reported by IGN on October 20, 2026
  • The three labels: Pißwasser (approved Sep 29, 4.2% ABV) · No Mames Vice City (approved Oct 9, 6% ABV lager) · Patriot (approved Oct 15, 4.2% ABV)
  • Filer: Tripping Animals Brewing, Doral, Florida — an operating brewery near Miami
  • What TTB approval means: label clearance only — legal right to sell, not a product launch
  • Unconfirmed: Rockstar has not announced a beer collaboration; no dates, prices or distribution confirmed

Fan site iGrandTheftAuto has spotted three beer labels with GTA VI branding in the public database of the US Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau (TTB) — and IGN reported on October 20 that the beers may actually be heading for real-world sale.

The three labels are Patriot (approved October 15, 2026, 4.2% ABV), Pißwasser (approved September 29, 4.2% ABV) and a brand-new one, No Mames Vice City (approved October 9, 6% ABV). The No Mames label shows a stylized dog wearing sunglasses and a gold Vice City chain against a pink-and-purple sunset, with GTA VI branding front and center. All three filings list Tripping Animals Brewing of Doral, Florida — a working brewery a short drive from Miami — as the filer.

A note of caution: TTB approval is a label clearance, not a product launch. It gives the brewer the legal right to bottle and sell the product, but nothing in the filings names Rockstar Games, and neither Rockstar nor Tripping Animals has publicly confirmed a collaboration. No sale date, price, or distribution deal has been announced.

Still, the timing is no accident. The approvals land in the middle of Rockstar's full-scale Miami takeover — beach ads, a Vice City blimp, the Heat's "A Night in Vice City" on November 18 — and a $400 Collector's Edition revealed in September. As Dexerto notes, Jason buys Patriot beer in GTA 6's second trailer, so fans could soon be drinking exactly what the protagonists do when the game launches November 19 on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S.
