The Miami Heat announced Friday, October 2 that they will host "A Night in Vice City" at the Kaseya Center on November 18, 2026 — the night before Grand Theft Auto VI launches. The team calls it a historic partnership with Rockstar Games, and for one game the Heat will play as "Vice City" against the Milwaukee Bucks.
For that night the arena becomes Vice City: a never-before-seen themed court, a completely reimagined uniform, and special in-arena activations. Tip-off is at 7:00 pm Eastern, and the game airs nationally on ESPN. The buildup started a day earlier, on October 1, when the Heat lit a neon "Welcome to Vice City" sign on the arena’s roof.
The Heat also launched a Court Culture Vice City clothing line in the official team store — tees, caps and a hoodie, with shirts listed between $45 and $55. The team says more details about the event will follow in the coming weeks, in coordination with Rockstar Games.
This is the biggest real-world GTA 6 crossover confirmed so far, and it lands on launch eve: the ESPN broadcast will carry Vice City branding into the opening hours of November 19 for viewers in the UK, Ireland, Australia and New Zealand. The Heat leaned into Vice City branding for years with their pink-and-blue Vice jerseys (2018–2021), but this is the first time it is tied directly to the game’s launch.
